I break the label a bit in what I do, although business, sales, finances, economics are subjects that I am passionate about, it is that feeling of doing things well, of feeling that chemistry in the people and the teams that inspires to bring results higher and higher, which motivates me on a daily basis.
I am convinced of the consumer, the internal client and the generation of value for the shareholders, I love the challenges that impact the industry, and that on the way leave positive feelings in all the stakeholders and in themselves in the value chain, be it an operation of goods or services, from construction to retail, through agro-industries, banking, insurance, etc. I am convinced that first people, then processes and thus the business together constitute the line of thought that will allow any corporation to obtain sustained growth in talent development, contribution margins, liquidity, profitability, billing, market share and reputation.
Transmitting, when necessary, resilience, accountability, open doors and a focus on results, allow not only to develop and consolidate solid business models, but also to support deep processes of innovation, restructuring and strategic refocusing, without neglecting the processes operational and risk. I have focused academically on contributing to the generation and execution of business strategy, organizational development and the foundation of the business model through studies in two master's degrees, the first in the Executive Master in Business Management from the IDE Business School, and the second in Financial Management by Esade Business and Law School, as well as various senior management programs and national and international courses; of business digital strategy, business planning and Negotiation, Banking, Financial Risk, corporate finance, sales, marketing, operations and production.
At home, I am a very familiar person, a true lover of time with my son who is my north, and a sportlover.
