My professional journey began in IT support, where I developed strong foundations in customer success and interpersonal skills. Achieving accolades such as exceeding SLAs and customer feedback reports, I was promoted to manage the support desk at the age of 19. An entrepreneur at heart, I've initiated various ventures, from custom LEGO soldiers to clothing businesses. Armed with a degree in Business Management with Enterprise and entrepreneurship, I have been successful both academically and professionally.
