Hello! My name is Matheus :) I am a technology sourcer/recruiter with experience in recruiting strategies. I have experience working at Nubank, a global leader in digital financial services, where I was responsible for identifying top software engineering talent through strategic reporting, talent mapping and market analysis. I also developed diversity and inclusion strategies and coordinated interview schedules for recruiting teams. In addition, I worked at Dell Lead, as a Tech Recruiter, where I was directly involved in technical recruitment, using tools such as LinkedIn and GitHub to identify and attract the best talent in the areas of Design, Software Engineering, Project Management, in addition to internships and D&I. Before that, I was an internal marketing intern, where I promoted Dell Lead by creating content for social media and planned and executed Employer Branding and Internal Communication projects in partnership with HR.
