I love when teams and individuals tap into their real potential. But I’ve seen countless times how organisations fail them with disengaging visions, misleading expectations and lack of true support. Usually, it starts with lack of consistency between the day2day actions and the “empty” goals that are cast during “Town Hall’s” or written on corporate websites. Nowadays, with prevalent distributed teams, it’s even more challenging.
