Hello and welcome to my profile!
Allow me to provide you with an insight into my background and capabilities.
Since 2015, I've been serving as a Virtual Assistant for entrepreneurs hailing from the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada. Prior to my full-time virtual assistant role, I held the position of Quality & Training Assurance Associate at a BPO company. Commencing my home-based career as an ESL teacher, I eventually transitioned my focus towards Virtual Assistance projects.
My diverse skill set has been cultivated through self-study, extensive research, and collaboration with a variety of clients over the years. From basic to critical tasks, I offer sophisticated support across different industries.
I bring forth Operations Manager experience in the niches of Event Ticket Brokerage, Real Estate, Forex Trading Email and Chat Support Team, and Digital Marketing Agency.
Despite my multiple skills, I remain eager to undergo further training and thrive on continuous learning. As an Operations Manager, my primary contributions lie in my exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills. By taking initiative and streamlining processes, I ensure that my clients can concentrate on vital aspects of their business rather than being bogged down by redundant tasks.
In my role as a support system for clients, I adopt the mindset of being the business owner, swiftly mastering the intricacies of their operations. This enables me to deliver exceptional services and contribute effectively to their business goals. My genuine concern for their business becomes the cornerstone of my strategy to offer the best possible support.
My overarching vision is to assist business owners in achieving their goals, allowing them to strike a balance between professional success and quality family time. I am committed to ensuring that clients can focus on the strategic aspects of their business while I handle the operational intricacies.
If you require any assistance, please feel free to message me—I am more than happy to help!
Cheers,
Mary
