Recently graduated from De La Salle College of Saint Benilde with a 4 year course degree of Human Resource Management. Accomplished my 4 months of OJT in Sitel Philippines which is now known as Foundever. I was assigned with the online recruitment team wherein I handled application processes, data entry, and active recruitment. I also had a past work experience with my family company which is Aero-Seal Industrial Trading for 2 years. I was assigned with employee management (payroll, benefits, and training). With these experiences, I can confidently say that I was able to work on my interpersonal and communication skills. I've worked with and handled different kinds of people that allowed me to actively adapt and learn from them. I am a fast and eager learner that will enthusiastically work to the best of my abilities.
