As leader of the operations team, I oversee and coordinate the hiring operations from sourcing to onboarding top talent primarily from Latin America, with a focus on software engineers and UX/UI designers, facilitating their access to job opportunities within US companies. My role involves defining goals and aligning expectations of different teams, creating and planning the talent funnel processes to gather and standardize their personal and professional data, and measuring different stages of the process to make strategic decisions and generate continuous improvement.
