I have been in the call center industry since 2007, gaining extensive experience across various lines of business including retail, healthcare, and financial services. I was promoted to Quality Assurance at NCO (now Alorica), where I strengthened my analytical and coaching skills.
I later worked with JP Morgan Chase & Co. and Wells Fargo as a Credit Card and Account Specialist, earning a combined eight years of experience in the banking sector.
I also had a short-term contractual role as a Senior Recruiter with PSG Global Solutions, which expanded my expertise in talent acquisition. Most recently, I served as a Lead Recruiter for OptimumRV, based in Ocala, Florida, from November 2024 to November 2025.
During my time as a Lead Recruiter at Optimum RV, I developed a strong ability to identify high-performing sales professionals by analyzing both measurable results and the behavioral traits that correlate with success in the RV and automotive sales industry. I became skilled at recognizing the key differences between average sales reps and top-tier performers through structured interviews, performance-based questioning, and close collaboration with sales managers.
I learned to spot top-notch salespeople by focusing on their track record of consistent quota attainment, ability to build long-term customer relationships, resilience in high-pressure environments, and demonstrated consultative selling skills. Additionally, I evaluated their motivation, competitiveness, communication style, and adaptability—traits that typically separate exceptional sales reps from the rest.
By refining these evaluation techniques, I consistently identified candidates who not only had the right experience but also the mindset, drive, and sales acumen needed to excel in a fast-paced, customer-driven sales environment.
