I´m a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist successful at managing full recruitment life cycle. I define myself as excellence driven and user-centered recruiter who is client and candidate focused, and also has a strong business acumen to help pursuit company´s goals by developing and implementing an effective hiring strategy. I really enjoy learning new things, interacting with people and being personable to both my hiring managers and candidates. I try to bring my true self to work every day and make people have a good time while working with me. I have over 8 years of experience within tech, wellness & healthcare, last mile delivery and supply chain industry. On a more personal note, I enjoy reading, drawing, linocut printing, and creating tiny sculptures in wax that then become metallic jewelry pieces. Most recently I started exploring the collage technique as well. My creative self is something very important for me and you can see my work in @proyectomambo.
