I was part of a high-performance intern team at Claro Colombia, called Generation XXI. In this role, I had the opportunity to develop key skills in enhancing experience projects through data analysis obtained from real customer testing.
I worked closely with the human resources team in developing learning modules for employees, as well as in recruiting for new intern generations.
I led teams of interns throughout the internship, gaining experience in agile team management, assertive communication, and conflict resolution.
I redesigned a new communication approach for corporate market clients through design pieces that improved understanding and engagement.
