Hi, everyone! I am a Spanish/English translator. I also work as a teacher and linguist consultor.
I have been working in the translation field since 2010, and it's been a learning experience ever since. In fact, I continue learning with every new project I embark on. I love challenges, so I think I've chosen the right career.
I am into technology and I'm always trying to figure out the new tools and software out there. Technology has enriched and opened new opportunities for translators, so I embrace it and try to keep up.
I have also worked as an editor and content creator. As a translator, I have developed a sharp eye for details, and I love dealing with the beauty of wording, so this is an area in which I can tap into my creativity and I really enjoy.
Translation can be a very solitary job, so that's why I also love teaching, it keeps me human. I am very passionate about it, and I try to transmit my love for languages and cultures to my students.
I work with adults, mainly. I have worked for different IT companies as a language trainer, and I have found a deep need of linguistic services in that area, so I've been involved in different projects related to blog writing, content creation, copywriting, etc.
