As the founder and consultant of Cristoffanini Consulting, I am responsible for recruiting the best talent for mid and senior-level positions in various industries, such as consumer goods, technology, retail, mining, renewable energy, and food. I manage the entire hunting process, from sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, to consulting and handling the client portfolio. I also play a key role in developing the commercial strategy and expanding the business opportunities for my firm. I have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for marketing, sales, and interpersonal skills. I graduated from Universidad del Desarrollo with a degree in Business Administration, and completed a minor in Marketing at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands. I have experience in sales and marketing consulting, project management, and digital marketing across different sectors and markets. In addition, I run a parallel business as the creator of "Joyas Maria Cristoffanini", a fine jewelry brand imported from Europe. I am also a sports and healthy lifestyle lover, and a two-time national champion of alpine skiing and a tennis player at my university.
