Working as a Functional Analyst providing support to 5 vendor hosted applications.
On my daily basis, I perform tasks such as:
• Ticket management through Service now platform, creating requests, incidents and providing the corresponding follow up.
• Upgrading databases and web servers
• Performing databases backups
• Creation of issues in DevOps
• Documentation of internal processes and new relevant information that will allow the team to be always up to date
• Investigation of application issues followed by solving and post testing and monitoring of the same
• Direct communication with clients and vendors
• Work together with DBA and Cloud Delivery teams to perform specific tasks
