Sales drives every business. But finding the right salespeople, the ones who genuinely move the revenue needle, is one of the hardest hires to get right.
That’s where I come in.
I partner with businesses across the South East & London, helping them identify, attract and secure high-performing sales talent that delivers results. While my focus is the South East & London, I also support companies across the UK and internationally when the right opportunities arise.
I work across all sectors, with particular experience supporting businesses within SaaS, MedTech, Digital Classifieds, Recruitment Technology and other commercial environments where strong sales capability is critical to growth.
Before founding Trafalgar Talent, I spent 15 years in commercial roles within the recruitment technology sector, working my way up from a new business hunter through Team Leader, Sales Manager and ultimately Sales Director, responsible for multi-million-pound revenue regions and managing teams across locations and functions.
Having built and scaled sales teams myself, I understand the commercial realities behind every hire.
I’ve operated at every level of the sales pyramid, which means I understand:
• What great sales talent actually looks like in practice
• The difference between a good interview and a genuine performer
• The pressure businesses face when revenue seats are empty
• The importance of getting hiring decisions right the first time
