I'm a Master Organizational Psychologist and on this moment I'm in my Doctoral on the same field...I've been given Consulting Services as a Coach and Mentoring in order to improve manager's abilities in organizational and behavioral areas. Great development with the international managers who have to usage English abroad, being recognizable for its great potential in business. During the period that I was leading the coordination of franchising in Brazil, I developed people and groups; coaching them, how to use their potentials in technical and behavioral competences in telemarketing, customers' services, marketing the brand mark, implementing expansion projects from the units I had to deal with and also managed them, identifying new talents from all the units I was involved in. The abroad experience brought me a lot of experience in this field, because, through that; I could bring real experience and also new cases to the market. I have experience in the methodology DISC and HJA aligning technical and behavioral competences. After a quite large experience in managing people for language schools, leading a coordination teacher's department, general supervision, training, coaching and diffusing the franchising; managing people in companies; through my technical formation of international commerce. Developed teachers' department in order to develop their skills and teaching capacities, improving their professional's competences as, workshops and coaching teachers, coordinators and secretaries. Managed campaigns to franchising reaching excellent results. Implemented training course for new employers, increasing the number of students in the units. Specialties: Doctoral in Psychology in progress, Master in Psichology, MBA in Administration and emphasis in Human Resources by FGV, graduated in International Commerce. Languages ability: English, Portuguese, spanish, French and basic German. Actually living in Cajica, next to Bogota - Colombia.
