I am an International Negotiator with a master's degree in Finance and Economics and Corporate Finance. I also have studies in coaching, NLP and exponential organizations. I have a broad experience in management, strategic planning and sales in C-level positions, which allows me to have a holistic view of the companies and manage them appropriately so that they are successful, profitable and can grow and compete in demanding markets. In recent years I have been dedicated to study, design and execute strategies that allow companies to reach the next level, creating long-term relationships with key stakeholders and improving the customer journey, increasing profitability, loyalty and buyback rate. I have proven experience closing business for more than US40 M with companies from different sectors, working hand in hand with people of all levels of the organization, creating long-lasting relationships. I have led interdisciplinary teams properly, keeping employees motivated, reducing turnover and improving the quality of the services delivered. I am passionate about technology, innovation, digital and organizational transformation and I believe in new methodologies of exponential growth.
