Staffing is much more than recruiting. Companies must sell, recruit, onboard, manage attendance, pay, invoice and support thousands of workers across fragmented systems, files and teams.

At Aindez, we’re building the AI orchestration layer for staffing and employment at scale. Our prebuilt AI-agent workflows execute work across existing systems, making the operation work as one without forcing companies to replace their current software.

Previously, I led product and technology for a staffing company operating across Chile, Peru and Colombia. That experience showed me that growth often creates more manual coordination instead of more capacity.
