I work in QA and operations, with 5+ years of experience across SaaS and client-based projects.
Over time, I’ve found that what I enjoy most is not just testing features, but understanding how things work as a whole: where issues come from, what tends to break, and how processes can be improved so teams don’t keep running into the same problems.
In my current role at Fetchly Labs, I work across multiple web and mobile projects, handling manual testing, exploratory testing, and bug validation. I also spend a lot of time improving how QA is done, organizing test flows, refining documentation, and making things more efficient for the team.
Recently, I’ve been incorporating AI into my day-to-day work—mainly to help with test case generation, edge case thinking, and speeding up repetitive tasks. It’s something I’ve been exploring more intentionally, especially as a way to improve coverage and reduce manual effort.
My background in operations and customer support still influences how I think: I tend to look at systems end-to-end, not just isolated features.
I’m comfortable working remotely, across different projects and teams, and I value clear communication and practical, well-structured work.
