- Scaled a fully remote organization to 140 people across North America.
- Stood up and managed Greenhouse (ATS), Gusto (HRIS), and SparkHire (async video interviewing for high-volume roles)
- Managed offers, onboarding/off-boarding, payroll, and virtual events.
- Created cross-functional processes and documentation for requirements gathering, interview planning, and tool management.
- Onboarded and trained 5 Recruiters to join GTM and Technical Recruiting.
- Spearheaded Employee Resource Groups: Pride, Womxn, and Parents.
- Identified and implemented DEI job boards to improve our diversity.
