Miguel established the foundation of SV Links in 2006 when he worked for IPADE Business School and took business programs to Silicon Valley. In 2011, he founded SV Links, a non-profit organization devoted to connecting business persons from emerging countries with California's Silicon Valley. More recently co-founded TLV Links, inspired in SV Links model, an organization that connects investors from Latin America to Israel high tech hub, As an entrepreneur, he has co-founded Ovalpath Inc., a start-up based in Silicon Valley and raised the initial funding for the company. In 2006, he also founded Mi Oración Predilecta AC, a non-profit organization in Mexico. As international experience, have been deeply involved in the strategies and activities to create the IT cluster in Mexico after visit and studying the main efforts followed by Ireland, England, Spain, German, Italy and India and Silicon Valley. Miguel has deep experience in all aspects of technology development from research to business development. His experience spans over 20 years from his time at IBM as Business Development Leader to helping governments and universities develop innovation and technology programs. Miguel holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the IPADE business school and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the Monterrey Institute of Technology. He participates as a board member and advisors in several startups and Venture Funds in Silicon Valley.
