As a Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM), I focus on building strong relationships with clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our platform. My role is centered on relationship management, client success, and revenue expansion.
🔹 Client Partnership & Retention – Acting as the primary point of contact, I provide expert guidance, address challenges, and implement retention strategies.
🔹Revenue Expansion - Identifying upsell opportunities, encouraging platform adoption across teams, and driving growth in account value.
🔹 Training – Delivering training sessions, and ensuring teams fully leverage our software’s capabilities.
🔹 Product Adoption & Growth – Educating clients on new features, conducting business reviews (SBRs/QBRs)
