•Daily monitoring of sales, analysis and projections of purchases, negotiation for weekly purchase orders, expert in forecasting, consensus of annual commercial conditions with clients, follow-up meetings and compliance with KPIs.
•Created different strategies to increase Share achieving an 18% increase and a 29% increase in the contribution margin for my hub.
