My professional journey is built on a fundamental premise: knowledge and culture only transform reality when they circulate. As a Cultural Management and Communications professional from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia, I have dedicated my career to designing and implementing bridges between people, institutions, and territories. My background is a unique hybrid of rigorous administrative management, strategic communication, and international cooperation.
What I bring to the table:
Internationalization & Academic Mobility: In my most recent role at the Universidad de Manizales, I streamlined national and international mobility. I managed ICETEX grants and visa processes for destinations such as the U.S., Germany, and Poland, while fostering international agreements through innovative methodologies like COIL and Mirror Classes.
Project Coordination in Global Environments: My experience in the tech sector (LiveVox/NICE) as a bilingual Project Coordinator provided me with an agile corporate mindset. I managed requirements for corporate clients in the U.S., Canada, the Philippines, and India, integrating tools like Salesforce into high-stakes workflows.
Culture & Territory: I have had the privilege of coordinating the National Network of Public Libraries in the Casanare and Meta regions, serving as Executive Producer for the Manizales Book Fair, and leading ancestral knowledge recovery projects in Cauca. I view culture not just as an event, but as a driver for development.
Strategic Communication: As General Coordinator for Radio UNAL Manizales and a producer of audio content (in both Spanish and English), I have translated complex academic discourse into compelling narratives with a local focus.
I am passionate about academic diplomacy, bilingual project management, and any challenge that involves organizing complex processes to generate a cultural or educational impact.
