For the last 25 years, I have led Data and Information Services businesses for Kantar and Nielsen across Europe, Latam, Asia, and the US. Serving recently as Global Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer, I grew as local/global Sales director and as a regional CEO.
At Kantar, I led the development and delivery of the 5 years strategic plan that turned Worldpanel into world #1, leading to its sale to Bain Cap ($4 billion).
As a Chief Transformation Officer under Bain Cap ownership, we launched the world's largest measurement panel (Shoppersphere), created MYP.com (Daas platform available in 40 markets), and acquired Numerator (US) for $1.4bn.
Throughout my career, I have created value for the business and the clients I served, developing a keen understanding of all aspects of data-based decision-making. While I have contributed to groundbreaking solutions that win in markets, the emphasis on teamwork, progressive thinking, and integrity as a culture where everyone can thrive matters even more to me.
Now, as an adviser or hands-on executive, I´m focusing on discovering the next venture that will combine the latest technologies (Daas, AI, digitization, analytics, blockchain, automation) in order to further transform and grow the art and science of data-enabled decision making.
