In my role at Factorial, a software company focused on the Human Resources industry, I was primarily responsible for daily prospecting, which involved creating lists of leads and utilizing various CRMs to generate those leads. I reached out to decision-makers in HR departments to schedule meetings and provide demonstrations of our software, effectively self-managing the full sales cycle. I consistently met and exceeded my KPIs, including SQLs and MRR, achieving my goals month after month. Additionally, I leveraged Loom to present myself effectively during outreach efforts and created engaging content to attract more champions within the industry, enhancing my overall impact on the sales process.
