Currently, I work as a Junior Full-Stack Developer in the Department of Exact Sciences, located at the Center for Exact and Technological Sciences at Unimontes. I am responsible for leading project development, applying my knowledge in both front-end and back-end. One of the most significant projects I worked on was the automation of timesheets for recording teacher attendance. Previously, the department manually recorded teacher attendance, a time-consuming process prone to errors due to the large number of subjects and the need to create timesheets with at least 54 signature fields each. This manual process could take up to five days to complete. Identifying this problem, I led the development of an innovative application that stores and

    Crypto Collaterized Stable Coin
    Jun 2024 - Current (2 years 1 month)
This project introduces a crypto-collateralized stablecoin, pegged to the USD, similar to $DAI. It is backed by wETH and wBTC, which serve as collateral for minting the stablecoin. The entire process is executed on-chain, utilizing the DSCEngine smart contract, eliminating the need for a central authority. To acquire the stablecoin, users lock their wETH or wBTC into the DSCEngine and mint the desired amount while maintaining the health of their collateral. The DSCEngine ensures the stablecoin remains over-collateralized to guard against price volatility in the underlying assets. For example, minting $1,000 of DSC (Decentralized Stablecoin) requires a deposit of $1,500 in wETH or wBTC, maintaining a 150% collateralization ratio.

Automation of Timesheets for Teacher Attendance Tracking
    Dec 2022 - Current (3 years 7 months)
This is one of the most significant projects I worked on. Previously, the department manually recorded teacher attendance, a time-consuming process prone to errors due to the large number of subjects and the need to create timesheets with at least 54 signature fields each. This manual process could take up to five days to complete. Identifying this problem, I led the development of an innovative application that stores and relates information about teachers, subjects, and class schedules. This application automatically generates the timesheets, speeding up the process by more than 80% and reducing the time required from five days to just one. Additionally, the new solution significantly reduced errors thanks to the automatic verification of
