Passionate about Designing, Human Computer Interaction, Psychology, New Realities and create opportunities through problems. I love innovation environment, learning, solving problems, empathizing with people, understanding their needs and their behaviour, to integrate their solutions on interfaces. Besides, I love working with the teams and help them to achieve the goals and the product requirements. Currently, I co-lead the design team. In addition, I have worked as UX Designer and team leader in an experience design agency. Also, I worked as UX/UI Designer in an online payment platform company which has alliances with several banks, on methodologies as SCRUM and Design Thinking. My background is focused on innovation, marketing and design experience. I have worked with digital marketing team (copywriting, strategy), I have written web articles implementing SEO method. And I worked in Marketing Manager for 2 years, evaluating and designing products, besides I leaded the customer experience connecting customer needs. I also have knowledge about HTML and CSS, which is a plus to create a good synergy with the frontend development team. I have been working in different UX communities and projects as volunteer with academies: UXER school on the "UXERS en acción" Project and XD Tribe with an initiative named "Padrinos UX hispanohablantes", and I'm team member of +Mujeres en UX Medellin. I keep going on learning and understanding the technology, the human behaviour, and also, the teams leadership.
