As a result, our system provides information on public records, sanctions, subpoenas, debts to the State, international lists for the prevention of money laundering, scoring, affiliations to health services, reputational risks and judicial processes. This allows us to have in record time, consolidated, relevant and updated information.

Responsible for managing human and technological resources in my area. The team was formed by three engineers and eight technicians, divided into three branch offices in Bogota and one in Barranquilla. At that time, the company wanted to certify its processes so I was in charge of Co-lead the ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certification process. We obtained both ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certifications being the first Call Center in Colombia and the second in America to gain this endorsement. Based on the data obtained, proposed a new way to store the information, which was subsequently implemented. I was the leader of the Web Development Team formed by four Systems Engineers. I managed to standardize the architecture of Web development under Java J2EE architecture. Among my responsibilities I was controlling the administration, support and improvement of 22 web applications developed in-house. Thanks to one of our applications, it was possible to save 400 SAP licenses. Also, my team got adhere fully to the Service Level Agreements. I also was in charge of the uprising and requirements specification in UML (Unified Modeling Language) for new developments requested by other business units of the company.
