At Publicis Re:Sources I grew from Principal Software Engineer to Associate Manager, leading distributed teams across the US, Costa Rica, India and Colombia on an AdTech platform serving ~20,000 users. I helped scale a product team from 3 developers to 20, modernized a .NET monolith into microservices and event-driven workers on AKS with Azure Service Bus, and moved releases from monthly downtime windows to continuous zero-downtime deployments. I also led GitHub Copilot adoption in my team and defined the flow for an AI product (fuzzy matching + LLM) that reached production.
Previously at Sincosoft I grew from Junior Developer to Chief of Development, leading an 11-person team (developers, testers, support) on the ERP financial module.
