- As part of the Global People Services team, responsible for overseeing and directing all HR administrative, transactional and advisory activities around the employee lifecycle, benefits, payroll and retirement processes.
- Plan, organize, coordinate and direct the functions of the People Services Team for the Americas (U.S., Canada and Latin America), including management of HR Administration, Payroll, Benefits and HRIS.
- Create and implement policies and procedures around the People Services functions in accordance with government regulations for the countries served.
