I am currently studying towards my Doctorate in CIMA as well as my Forensic and Investigative Auditing Course with UNISA Also in the process of applying for combination course of Facilitator, Assessor and Moderator for up skill my skills. I have my own reliable transport and I reside in Brakpan North. I have extensive experience in manufacturing as well as a very operational and hands on individual. I have strong leadership skills and not afraid to lead, advise, train and show initiative and provide working solutions for the company’s requirements and needs. I also have strong reporting skills and can provide the required information for both financial and non-financial team members to board packs. I have done thorough internal audits previously and have a strong passion for risk analysis and assessments required to put all deadlock preventions in place to avoid losses, theft and fraud as I believe it is a critical criteria for a company. I have rewritten New Policies and Procedures previously as well as implementing structure change in the form of channeling workflow process between departments and divisions to ensure a better and smoother workflow process required for the business. I have experience in Human Resources and Development and full understanding of the the BCEA as well as setting up the payroll system, processes and procedures. I also have experience and knowledge regarding the unions and different laws regarding business sectors as well as the different bargaining councils. I have full understanding of PAYE, SDL, UIF and submissions. I have dealt with disciplinary matters right through to CCMA
