    A mediados de 2022 Nowports me contrató con un objetivo bien claro: duplicar la nómina de tecnología. La start-up uruguaya-mexicana había recibido una buena ronda de inversión y pasaba a ser unicornio, y eso hizo que se tenga que contratar en muy poco tiempo a más de 90 desarrolladores y roles afines. Como único Talent Acquisition Specialist de tecnología se me confió realizar ese trabajo en un máximo de 6 meses, siendo ayudado esporádicamente por la HRBP de Tecnología. Logré el objetivo en solo 5 meses, contratando a 73 nuevos colaboradores de los poco más de 90 que necesitábamos.
