Social Worker graduated from the National University of Colombia, experience in the creation, execution and evaluation of social plans through the management of reports and monitoring of key metrics. Conducting and monitoring individual and group interviews, it allowed to create empathy and connection with different kind of people. In addition, also characterized by being an achievement-oriented person, with fast learning, ability to work in a team, customer service and conflict resolution.
