Holding a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Health and Social Care, this work supports the mission of FYNIX project: Rise Through Lived Experience – Practical Tools, Real Healing. FYNIX delivers trauma-informed, lived-experience-led workshops across the North West, working with businesses, charities, schools, community organisations, and frontline teams.FYNIX workshops are designed to provide practical, body-first tools for recognition, regulation, and emotional release. Programmes such as The Resilience Reset, Breathe to Balance, Write to Rise, and Connection Circles create safe, creative, and non-judgemental spaces that support transformation, collective healing, and hope. Approaches include breathwork, expressive writing, art, music, and group connection, often extending beyond traditional talking-based interventions. This work is delivered by a passionate, values-driven team whose commitment to the mission and to the health and social care sector is both evident and deeply valued. Strong, ethical leadership and collaborative practice ensure that FYNIX’s work remains trauma-informed, grounded in lived experience, and focused on meaningful impact. Each facilitator brings their own insight, helping turn personal experience into shared understanding and collective strength.Alongside this, support is provided across marketing, digital strategy, and web development, helping ensure FYNIX’s work is accessible, visible, and sustainable. This includes collaborative input into SEO, email and social media marketing, graphic design, and the development of a secure, inclusive website designed for long-term engagement and growth.A strong commitment to the health and social care sector, particularly mental health, underpins this work and is informed by both professional practice and lived experience. FYNIX places emphasis on early intervention, education, prevention, and ongoing support, recognising the realities of recovery, relapse, and systemic challenge.Being part of FYNIX means contributing skills to a shared purpose: reducing stigma, raising awareness, and supporting individuals and communities to rise stronger — together.
