I am an executive leader with a passion for building organizations that thrive.
Throughout my career, I have led complex, multi-site organizations through growth, operational transformation, technology modernization, and organizational change. While my background includes enterprise technology leadership, my focus has always been much broader: helping organizations align strategy, people, processes, and resources to achieve meaningful results.
I enjoy solving difficult operational challenges, developing leaders, improving execution, and creating environments where teams can do their best work. Whether leading enterprise initiatives, overseeing major capital investments, managing vendor partnerships, or driving cross-functional collaboration, I am motivated by building organizations that are stronger than when I found them.
I am particularly drawn to mission-driven organizations where operational excellence enables a greater purpose. As a Master of Divinity candidate at Candler School of Theology at Emory University, I have developed an even deeper appreciation for servant leadership, thoughtful stewardship, and the responsibility leaders have to the people and communities they serve.
Outside of my executive work, I remain active in church leadership, writing, and public speaking, all of which continue to sharpen my ability to lead teams, communicate vision, and execute with excellence.
I am always interested in connecting with leaders who are passionate about organizational growth, operational excellence, and building healthy, high-performing cultures.
