Leadership: - Helped in organizing lecture series for knowledge transfer. Delivered training to new joiners in excel vba and F&DT stress analysis. Requirement Gathering: - Gathering requirements for the work to be done and making sure that necessary inputs are always available before starting the project work. Governance: - Providing data for weekly status reports attending client calls. Taking part in team management activities. Planning: - Taking part in telecon meetings with client for planning of the work, deliverables scope management and KT. Deliverable Management: - Ensuring that the deliverables are signed off on stipulated time along with the updates on further scope of work. Configuration Control: - Ensuring access to work folders and maintaining version control in the project so that updates can be tracked. Project Tracking: - Project tracking activities such as resource utilization and leave tracker update, defect closure and taking care of other action items over the telecon.
