I am currently pursuing an MBA in Human Resource Management from Manipal University Jaipur with a strong interest in building my career in the Human Resources and Banking & Finance domains.I have completed my B.Ed. from Patliputra University, BBA in Banking and Insurance from DY Patil University, and ADCA (Online) from STP Computer Education. I have also completed the HRCI Human Resources Associate Professional Certificate (Coursera) to strengthen my HR knowledge.I have practical experience in school administration, where I worked for 3 months at BD Public School, Ara, handling administrative tasks, coordination, record management, and communication responsibilities.I have developed skills in MS Office, Advanced Excel, Tally ERP, documentation management, and communication. Along with HR, I also have knowledge of Banking & Finance operations, Sales, and Marketing.My key interest areas are Human Resources (especially Talent Acquisition and Recruitment) and Banking & Finance, and I am passionate about learning, developing my skills, and building a strong professional career in these fields.I am currently looking for opportunities where I can apply my knowledge, gain practical exposure, and contribute effectively to organizational growth.
