As a Country Manager, I am responsible for:
- Discovering new markets and opportunities to expand our client portfolio in North America and Europe;
- Managing the outbound sales team (Researcher, SDR, BDR, and Copywriter) throughout the sales cycle;
- Promoting continual training for the sales crew, including roleplay, and individual coaching;
- Motivating the team;
- Closing deals with English, Spanish, and Portuguese speakers.
- I was responsible for over 65% of the company’s growth in the international market
