Hello! I’m Klara, and I’ve been working in recruitment for 5 years now, most recently in the IT industry in Budapest. I’ve had the opportunity to grow from a Coordinator into a Team Leader, managing a diverse team of 9 specialists. I recently moved to Lviv, Ukraine, and am now seeking a new professional challenge. I believe when people are empowered to bring their skills to the table, great things follow - and that’s the core of my approach to recruitment. I’ve led talent acquisition transformations, optimised hiring processes, and enhanced engagement across teams.
