Hey i have 10 years of experience as a product designer (UX/UI) specializing in web and mobile design and 11 years as graphic designer In my work I focus on user experience as well as key performance indicators (KPIs). This allows me to design a functional, user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing interface, to increase conversion and/or comfort in use I do an initial analysis of the market and product, identifying a tentative target audience in case you don't have such research. Also, I create empathy maps, user journey maps and CJM in particular, user personas, information architecture, low-detail/high-detail/ interactive prototypes, with clickable UI and Skeleton UI (if needed).
