I’ve spent over two years in the customer service/BPO industry, and I've built myself a solid track record of success. Along the way, I’ve picked up some valuable sales and account management experience on the side as well.
I've been employed at places like Amazon and Fresh Prints across multiple departments, and I've thrived at handling everything from taking and making calls, to managing accounts, addressing grievances, and documenting and cataloging data—you name it.
I'm precise and meticulous with my conduct and I can say I'm comfortable with even the most daunting of tasks and the longest of workdays, but I am not looking for comfort, I can consistently and reliably hold my own at both well established market leading companies and fast growing startups on the rise, no matter what you throw at me.
