You could say I was born into this business—literally. I’ve spent my entire life in the manufactured housing industry, starting from the ground up (yes, even digging trenches and swinging hammers). Over the years, I’ve done it all: from remodels and installations to retail sales, manufacturing, and ultimately owning, developing, and operating multiple successful communities and parks.
Along the way, I’ve served as a member and past president and board of many key industry trade organizations, which gave me a front-row seat to the evolution of affordable housing—and the opportunity to help shape it.
Today, I’m focused on scaling our operations alongside my son and the top-tier team I’m lucky to have around me. We’re on a mission to provide quality, attainable housing solutions—while helping our partners build real wealth backed by real assets.
