I am an industrial psychologist and technologist helping organizations integrate AI.
I began programming in graduate school out of an interest in analytics and machine learning. This quickly evolved into a practical skillset for automating work, building integrations, and designing business intelligence solutions used by thousands of stakeholders.
My career has since developed across domains such as people analytics, data science, business operations, and AI consulting. Throughout these experiences, one idea kept resurfacing: intelligent coordination is a product of both people and technology.
Today, my work involves embedding myself in organizations, learning about their core business, and designing AI systems alongside new organizational processes that result in systems-level change — improving how decisions are made, work is coordinated, and value is delivered.
