My professional journey started in 2008, as a Sales Representative in the Life Sciences industry, by visiting universities, public and private companies, to present solutions and negotiate molecular biology inputs. In 2011, I began working in the Banking industry, where I performed different roles, being Account Manager the highest, where I ****TOOK CARE**** of a ~1K customer base, advising both, B2B and B2C, with all credit and investments solutions available, from derivatives to mortgages, as well as credit/debit cards and KYC, AML and Fraud/Risk precedures. In 2022, I moved to the Blockchain industry, as a Senior Support Agent. My main activities are to provide assistance and feedbacks to both customers and developers about the services and platforms, primarily related to APIs, trading, derivatives, crypto, NFT, staking, blockchain and smart contract topics, KYC, AML and risk/fraud. Since 2016, after being elected one of the most innovative employees of the bank by prototyping a new QR-Code payment system within 24h, I've been developing and deploying personal projects as a full stack developer, using web technologies such as HTML, CSS, Javascript, React, Angular, SQL, No-SQL, PHP and Node.js.
