I have spent the past 14+ years operating across real estate transactions, valuation, investment, and asset management, with experience spanning brokerage, team leadership, and portfolio ownership.My background is built on direct, hands-on involvement in the full lifecycle of residential real estate. This includes pricing and valuation, acquisition strategy, renovation and repositioning, and long-term portfolio performance across both short-term and long-term rental assets. I have worked extensively with individual clients, investors, and financial institutions, including banks and mortgage servicers, on valuation, disposition, and market strategy.In addition to brokerage and investment work, I have led and scaled real estate teams and owned a franchise operation, giving me a strong operational perspective on production, systems, and business performance.What differentiates my approach is a focus on how real estate functions beyond the surface level.
