Kelen Beatriz Paz Fuentes

I have 13 years of experience in education and my development in the classroom is based on the use of appropriate techniques and methods to apply in the teaching-learning process. The use of emotional intelligence through moral values in the relationships between teachers, parents, co-workers and students has allowed me to establish healthy relationships in the places where I have worked. I was the principal of a bilingual institution of a North American foundation based in Honduras. I have developed the administrative skills required in the position of principal such as leadership, communication, teamwork, project management, stress control, social skills among others. I have experience working with projects of North America brought to help Honduras and working with SEND programs.
