      There isn’t much that I cannot say about Kayleigh that we don’t already know. Without her this account would be a very interesting place – and not “good” interesting at that. Operationally, Kayleigh single handily remedies all sorts of issues surrounding timesheets, orders, marketplace corrections, debt, marketplace errors – the list is endless. Without her “temps would die” – I am sure, or at least most of us would die at the hands of our unpaid temps.       Kayleigh Gibbs and her nomination is as follows: For always identifying a potential issue BEFORE it becomes a problem and always having the resolution prepared and documented before escalating to me. She has worked tirelessly on numerous challenges the most recent of which being the ECC/Agency aged debt which she has brought to the point of invoicing just 3 weeks after picking up the project. Essex account has been carrying a massive amount of aged debt which has previously been centrally managed, however Kayleigh has been instrumental in taking control of this and finding a resolution in terms of recovery and payment.
