I’ve spent much of my career working around one thing: 𝐏𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞.
Recruitment taught me how important the right person is to an organisation.
Working with trainers, HR and L&D professionals taught me that hiring the right people is only part of the equation — 𝒐𝒓𝒈𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒔𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 𝒂𝒍𝒔𝒐 𝒏𝒆𝒆𝒅 𝒕𝒐 𝒃𝒖𝒊𝒍𝒅 𝒄𝒂𝒑𝒂𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒚, 𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒈𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒏 𝒕𝒆𝒂𝒎𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒄𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒕𝒆 𝒆𝒏𝒗𝒊𝒓𝒐𝒏𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔 𝒘𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒆 𝒑𝒆𝒐𝒑𝒍𝒆 𝒄𝒂𝒏 𝒅𝒐 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒊𝒓 𝒃𝒆𝒔𝒕 𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒌.
And coaching has added another dimension to how I understand people — the conversations, choices, beliefs and moments of clarity that often sit beneath what we see on the surface.
Over the years, these experiences have come together into a simple belief:
People, capability and organisational growth are deeply connected.
That belief is shaping what I’m building next.
I am currently building Errikos, a people and capability partner that connects organisations with the right talent and the right learning and development expertise.
The focus is intentionally simple:

My own work continues through coaching and facilitation, with a particular interest in the human side of work — communication, leadership, emotional intelligence, accountability, collaboration and navigating change.
I’m currently pursuing my ICF PCC journey and continuing to deepen my practice as a coach.
This is not a completely new beginning.
It is the coming together of several chapters of my professional journey.
Errikos officially begins its next chapter on 20 October 2026.
Until then, I’m building quietly — conversations, partnerships, relationships and possibilities.
