My mission is to encourage others to start that very change in the workspace by getting UNSTUCK, and by walking the walk in a mission driven culture. Through Become Alive: Recruiting, I help mission-driven companies—from early-stage startups to growing mid-sized businesses—hire top talent aligned with their purpose. I specialize in the DTC e-commerce space, particularly within the health and wellness, marketing, and advertising industries. In addition to recruiting, I speak to organizations and audiences across the country on building purpose-led careers, discovering your calling, and cultivating cultures where people feel fully alive and empowered to thrive. My journey started in the most unexpected way-as a dolphin and whale trainer! For over a decade, I studied animal behavior and psychology, which eventually led me to my true calling: understanding people. Now, as a recruiter and speaker, I have the privilege of helping high-performing professionals discover meaningful work, and helping companies grow with people who are in it for the mission-not just the paycheck.
