Well, I have + 5 years of experience in the area, leading and executing HR processes, whether in organizational development, business branding, well-being, payroll, onboarding, talent attraction, compensation and benefits, with knowledge in SAB, Success Factors, Hubspot, in companies in sectors such as BPO, Contact Center, Renewable Energies, engineering, EPC projects, BOP, Retail, cosmetics, sustainable fashion, health and education, of large and small organizations at an international and national level. Since 2018 I developed my passion for Human Resources, although I have experience in the social, educational and legal areas.
